Anticipating, The fear of failure that will always hold you back

Hating, the way complacency has turned into disease

I’ve kept it separated

My past has got me nowhere fast

It’s hard to tell if I just fell behind, or if I came in last

This time it’s integrated

And now time’s the only luck I need

I’ll never hesitate to close my eyes step up and take the leap

Thinking about all the things I’ve learned from my mistakes

Sinking, inside the footprints that have lead me to this place

Drinking, the poison washed away the doubt without a trace

The right place, the right time

It’s not enough to tow the line

You’ve got to do the time

Long drives, overnight 

I caught a glimpse of what it’s like

And now it’s do or die

This luck is for the few

Who take a chance, it’s Deja Vu

And now for something new
